Summer Events!!!
We have a LOT of upcoming events this summer and we want you to spread the word about them. Here are some of our upcoming events.
SOS: We will have S.O.S. every tuesday, wednesday, and thursday in July. Meet by the van at 9 am.
MYF: Wednesday July 13th at 8:30pm will be our 1st outside movie at twopoint. Meet at the sunrise stage.
Faith and Family: July 16 Astros Fun Day and David Crowder Concert-Tickets $37 each. Give check or cash to Valerie @ church office. Only have 24 tickets left. Get Yours Today!
Lake Trip: July 21- high School Youth- Trip to Lake Jackson at the Haney lake house. We will leave church in the AM and return in the PM! Contact Steve or Joy Killam for more info!
SIX FLAGS- July 22- 23 High School Youth will be taking a trip to Six Flags- $75. Get signup forms @ Sunday school this Sunday. Deadline for signup is July 14th. Sign Up Now!

UMARMY UPDATE
SATURDAY AT 10 AM WE WILL LOAD ALL OF OUR STUFF FOR UMARMY THAT MEANS EVERYTHING EXCEPT WHAT YOU NEED ON SUNDAY. BRING YOUR BAGS, TOOLS, SLEEPING STUFF…..EVERYTHING. WE’LL LOAD IT ALL IN CHRIS'S STOCK TRAILER FOR THE TRIP DOWN ON SUNDAY. WE’LL LOAD ALL OF OUR TOOLS ON THE TOOL TRAILER AS WELL. WE’LL HAVE A SHORT MEETING AFTER IT’S ALL LOADED TO GO OVER ANY LAST MINUTE DETAILS. IT SHOULDN’T TAKE TOO LONG. MAY GOD BLESS AND ENJOY YOUR WEEK.

Session Two: Dirty Little Secrets (10/31)
Parent Cue: Session Two Parent Cue: When you are dealing with a tough situation or a mess you’ve created, who do you go to? Why do you go to that person?
Session Three: Open Up (11/7)
It’s great to have someone to go to when we’ve made a mess, but what about before things even get that crazy? What if we had a place where we could go and say, “Here’s what’s going on. I know what I want to do, but what should I do? How do I follow through by making the wise choice? What would God want me to do?” Because having people in our lives who know our T.M.I. is finding that person or persons who we can share things with, before we end up making some major mistakes.
